Frequently Asked Questions
Check in and check out procedure – What times do we allow check-ins? What is the time cut off for check-ins? What is the latest time for check-outs? Early check-ins and late check-outs policy?
Check-in is after 4pm, and Checks-outs are by 11am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. Requests can’t be guaranteed until day of.
Pet policy? Pet fee paid by guests? How many pets can be in the room and what types of pets are allowed in the hotel suites?
Pet-friendly suites are available. A pet fee of CAD 25 applies and a maximum of 2 pets per suite (cats or dogs). Pets must not be left unattended.
Wi-Fi in the hotel suites?
Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all suites and common areas.
Laundry facilities at the hotel?
On-site laundry facilities are available for guest use. They are $3 wash to and $3 to dry. We have laundry soap available for purchase.
Cancellation Policy? Up to when can guests cancel for free.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations after this period will be charged a fee equal to 1 night stay.
How do guests make reservations?

Credit card and ID requirements. Age limit of the guests that can check in, no minors.
Valid government-issued ID and credit card with name matching the ID are required at check-in. Guests must be 18+. No minors may check-in alone.

100% non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in suites or common areas.

Major credit cards are accepted. Cash and e-transfers are not accepted at check-in.
Deposit for each suite booked.
A hold on your credit card of CAD $200 is required per suite and will be released after check out. The release may take a few days to show on your credit card as no longer pending.
